1. Terms & Conditions of Service

Introduction:
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Birch Landscapes (“we”, “our”, “us”) to our customers (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services 

We provide landscaping services including but not limited to: block driveways, patios (porcelain and Indian sandstone), fencing, gates, sheds, and outdoor buildings. The exact scope of works will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may be subject to change if project scope, materials, or timelines are altered by the customer.

• Any additional work requested outside the agreed quotation will be charged separately.
   

Payments

• Deposits may be required before work begins.

• Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed works.

• Payments must be made via bank transfer, card, or other agreed method.
   

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• If works are cancelled less than 7 days before the agreed start date, we reserve the right to charge for costs incurred (e.g., materials ordered).
   

Workmanship Guarantee:

All work is carried out to a professional standard. A workmanship guarantee applies, covering defects caused by poor installation, but excludes damage from misuse, poor maintenance, or natural wear and tear.

Access & Responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site.

• Birch Landscapes is not liable for delays caused by restricted access, adverse weather, or third-party actions.
   

Liability
We carry public liability insurance. We are not liable for indirect losses, unforeseen damage to underground utilities not previously identified, or delays outside our control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
